Poster guidelines

Posters

Posters should preferably be presented in A0 size (841 x 1189 mm), in vertical format.

Each author is responsible for their own poster. The organization will not be able to print, hang, collect, or store posters.

Poster presenters should be present in the designated poster area preferably 10 minutes before the start of their session, in order to address any questions from attendees.

Posters for the Day 2 session must be displayed on the morning of that same day and should remain on display until the morning coffee break on Day 3.

Posters for the Day 4 session must be displayed from 14:00 on Day 3 and should remain on display until the afternoon coffee break on Day 4.
