Sports analytics has become increasingly popular. While early efforts focused on widely followed sports such as football and basketball, it is now expanding to more disciplines. However, in most cases, data collection remains a major challenge. In swimming, for example, federations and organizations record competition data using different formats and levels of detail; some report only final times, while others include intermediate splits, and data may be provided as structured files (e.g., CSV) or unstructured formats (e.g., PDF).

In this work, we propose a framework to standardize and integrate these heterogeneous data sources into a unified database. Building on this resource, we develop an interactive dashboard that enables intuitive exploration and advanced analysis, uncovering meaningful patterns in swimmer performance and supporting data-driven decision-making for athletes, coaches, and analysts.
